Mums Circle
Yoga, Mindfulness and self care.
A gentle Yoga session including a relaxation with crystal singing bowls. Self care tips are included and morning tea is provided.​​

Private Yoga sessions
and NDIS Supports
Private Yoga sessions are offered in your home.
An individual program is planned based on your unique physical. mental and emotional needs and goals. This can support with -

* Reducing stress and anxiety.
* Improving Sleep.
* Developing strength, mobility and flexibility.
* Increased range of motion in your body.
* Improving back issues.
* Healing and overall wellbeing.

With private sessions, you’ll enjoy the freedom to progress at your own pace and explore modifications that work best for your body. This focused attention helps you improve flexibility, build strength, and enhance balance while reducing the risk of injury. You’ll also gain a deeper understanding of breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices that can support your overall wellbeing.

Worksheets to continue a home practice are included.
NDIS supports
​
If you are plan managed or self-managed you may be able to use your NDIS funding to participate in our classes or programs. All classes and programs are delivered by a qualified Early Childhood Teacher and fully qualified Yoga teacher.

Preschool programs
Our programs -
* Reduce anxiety.
* Build confidence, resilience and self-esteem.
* Improve focus, memory and concentration.
* Develop empathy and social skills.

Emotional development and behaviour issues are improved through learning skills such as mindfulness.
​
Issues that are common in this age group including sleep problems, digestive issues, focus and concentration, co-ordination and balance are addressed through Yoga therapy as well as improving children’s overall health and wellbeing.
​
The classes are fun and interactive. A typical class includes mindfulness, yoga, games, stories and music. Children are offered opportunities to be active as well as practising to be still and calming their minds.

This program is available in Preschools as an Inservice session.

Yoga and Mindfulness for
6-11 years
In this 8 week program children learn skills to Reduce stress and anxiety.
Assist sleep.
Improve digestive issues.
Build social skills and resilience.
Emotional co-regulation.
Positive thinking, gratitude and empathy.
Memory, focus and concentration.
Develop co-ordination, balance,
flexibility and gross motor skills.
Improve back strength.
These classes include specialised Yoga Therapy exercises, mindfulness,
and music. Children learn social and emotional literacy skills and exercises to practice at home.

Booklets with worksheets to continue a home practice are included.
​
Term 2 Thursdays 4.00-4.45pm at Tomaree community centre.

co-ordination, balance, flexibility, and improve posture and back issues.

School Holiday and weekend workshops
